Following a clearly defined brief from our clients we designed a 600 sq M three storey house with detached granny flat above a four car garage in the exclusive development of Abington Malahide. The project saw us carry out an initial site appraisal and prepare a design for luxury house that included numerous entertainment and reception areas along with six en-suite bedrooms and a self-contained suite for the family’s nanny. The external materials selected were in keeping with the existing Abington developments pallet and the house was designed to sit effortlessly into its environment.
